Definition of Personal Data

“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes name, email address, physical address, phone number, login credentials, billing/payment details, IP addresses, location data, professional background, photos, video/audio recordings from live events or calls, and social media identifiers.

A. Information You Provide Directly

  • Account & Profile Data: When you join an ELEVATION180 program or community, we collect your name, email, company, job title, photo, and billing details. We process this to manage memberships, process transactions, and provide community access.
  • Event & Program Registration: When attending virtual or in-person events, webinars, or masterminds, we collect registration details. If you speak or present, we may record video, audio, and your image for commercial educational content.
  • Training & LMS Data: For courses hosted on our Learning Management Systems (LMS), we track course progress, participation, quiz results, and engagement.
  • Communications & Surveys: Correspondence sent to team@elevation180.com or feedback provided via community forms is retained to address inquiries and improve operations.

B. Automatically Collected Information

  • Technical & Device Data: When navigating our Sites, we automatically collect IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, clickstream behavior, referring URLs, and mobile device identifiers (IMEI/UDID).
  • Analytics: We use backend analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to analyze traffic trends and user behavior in aggregate to optimize platform performance.
